He was born in a Shukla family at a place in Devaria District,Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh).He studied many Religious Books like Ved, Puran, Ramayana, Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta and He obtained doctorate degree from Banaras Hindu University.
Shri Balakdasji Maharaj travels to various parts of India to share his message of social responsibility, all great spiritual traditions, common goals and values. His teaching of love, practical wisdom and promote harmony among people and encourage individuals to follow their chosen spiritual path while honoring other paths.
